How long does shipping take?

The age old question! We process our orders twice per day. Once in the morning for orders placed overnight and again around 2PM for you early risers. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery date (we wish we could bring it to your door ourselves) but we are at the mercy of our shipping partners. Our coffee is roasted to order and sometimes you all like to buy it all and leave us out of stock for some items. When we have a big promo going on it may take up to 5 days to process and ship your order out (although this is the max time). To prevent delays, we recommend our autoship offering.

Do you ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the US?

We do! We now ship to Canada with $10 flat rate shipping. Sorry, no free shipping offers to Canada at the moment.

What is your return policy?

Simply email us your order details, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the unused product. Once we receive the return, we will refund you 100% of your order plus any shipping charges you may have paid. Please be advised that we do not make pods compatible with Vertuoline. If you have incorrectly placed an order you will still be able to return it but we will have to charge you a restocking fee of 15%. Sorry!

Do you offer samples?

No, we do not offer samples at this time. We stand behind our product 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with product quality, we are happy to process an easy, no-hassle return for you. Autoship orders can also be modified and easily cancelled online from the account area.

How does autoship work?

When you select autoship, you will receive a shipment from HiLine once a month. You can pause, modify or cancel the autoship at any time. All autoship orders over $50 ship free. All autoship orders less than $50 ship for a flat $5 fee. Please note that coupons cannot be applied to autoship orders.
